Where is the office located and what are the opening hours?
Our address is #05-01C 2 Alexandra Road Delta House. Refill slots are from 11am-4pm.
Which bottles are eligible for the refill programme?
Only original Beit Ballout bottles are accepted for refills. Please make sure they are clean and undamaged before bringing them in.
How many bottles can I bring per visit?
You can bring as many bottles as you like in a single slot. If you have a large quantity, feel free to let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly. Whatsapp 65 90733876.
How do I pay for my refill?
Payment is done in person at the time of your appointment. We accept PayNow — simply scan our QR code when you come in and pay for your refill on the spot. No online payment is required when booking.
