What is unique about Beît Ballout olive oil?
Beît Ballout olive oil is made from the Baladi olive variety. This variety comes from the first ancient olive tree that originated in the Levante over a thousands years ago; way before it was exported to the rest of the world.
The Baladi olive has sweet, smooth, and earthy taste.
We do not use any preservatives to extend the shelf life of our extra-virgin olive oil. So, we reccomend consuming the oil within the first 18 months from opening.
