This limited collaboration brings together Beît Ballout and a collective of farms across Málaga and Jaén, regions known for producing some of the world’s finest olive oils. When we visited the farms ourselves, we knew immediately that their values, practices, and respect for the land aligned deeply with ours.
While this is not oil from our own land, it is still something we are incredibly proud to bring you. Every oil we source is chosen personally by us and held to the same standards we would serve our own family.
What makes this collaboration especially exciting is the contrast in olive varieties. Our Lebanese oils are traditionally made from Baladi olives, while this Spanish edition is crafted from Picual olives, a variety known for producing bold, structured oils with naturally high stability and intense character.
This particular Picual oil was especially formulated to achieve a higher polyphenol count, resulting in a sharp, herbaceous, intensely fresh oil with a clean peppery finish that reflects its strength and freshness.
