Delivery & Collection
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Singapore.
When do deliveries take place?
Deliveries are made on weekends:
- Saturday – East Singapore
- Sunday – West Singapore
What is the order cut-off time?
Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM on Friday to be included in that weekend’s delivery schedule. Orders received after 2:00 PM on Friday will be delivered the following weekend.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Self-collection is available on:
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Can I arrange same-day collection?
If you require same-day collection, please contact us via the WhatsApp button on our website and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
At present, deliveries are scheduled by region and day. If you have specific requirements, please contact us before placing your order.
Do you provide tracking information?
As deliveries are arranged directly by us, tracking information is not currently available.
What if I need my order urgently?
Please contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order and we will do our best to assist where possible.
Do you deliver every week?
Yes. Deliveries are made every weekend, subject to public holidays and exceptional circumstances.
Can I return my order?
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
