Pure Sumac 100g

Single-origin · Sun-dried · Hand-ground
$14.00

Description

Our sumac is sourced from the West Bank in Palestine and traditionally prepared from sun-dried sumac berries, ground to preserve their deep crimson colour and vibrant citrus tang. Bright, tart, and richly aromatic, sumac is a staple across Levantine cuisine: used to bring balance, depth, and freshness to everyday dishes.

Freshly prepared to retain its intensity and natural character, our sumac reflects generations of simple, honest cooking rooted in the culinary traditions of the region. Traditionally sprinkled over salads, grilled meats, onions, and warm bread with olive oil.

Recently, we have loved it on-top of a vanilla ice-cream with some sea salt paired with our olive oil!

This is truly something special to be sprinkled.
