Beît Ballout began with a grove in the valleys of South Lebanon. For generations, olive trees have shaped life across the region, connecting families to the land through the annual rhythm of harvest and pressing. Our olive oil is a reflection of that heritage, produced on our family farm and crafted using traditional methods that have been passed down through generations.
The valleys of South Lebanon are among the oldest continuously farmed olive landscapes on earth. Our soil is fertilised by the sheep who roam the grove; nothing is sprayed, nothing is rushed.
We recommend using our olive oil as a finishing oil. Drizzle over salads, hummus, grilled vegetables, warm bread or take 1-2 tablespoons everyday for overall health benefits.
Carefully packed and dispatched on weekends. Enjoy free delivery on orders over S$100

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unopened items in their original condition.
How long does it keep? For the best flavour and aroma, we recommend enjoying olive oil within 18 months of harvest. Consume within 3 months after opening.

Our process

From grove to table.

One family. One estate. Eight hundred trees. Each step deliberate, each step traditional.

Biodiverse by Design
— 01
Biodiverse by Design
We farm the way the land asks to be farmed. No pesticides, no shortcuts. Sheep graze the grove and fertilise the soil, wild herbs grow between the trees, and life finds its own rhythm.
Handpicked
— 02
Handpicked
Every olive is picked by hand at the moment it is ready. It is slower work, but it is the only way to protect the fruit and give the oil the character it deserves.

ColdPressed in 4-6 hours Using Granite Wheel
From tree to press in hours, never days. We use a traditional granite wheel, the way it has always been done, to keep the oil cool, fresh and full of the flavour the harvest gives us.
Finished with Intention
— 04
Finished with Intention
The oil rests, settles and is bottled with care. Nothing rushed, nothing added. What ends up in the bottle is exactly what came off the tree, and nothing else.
