When will the 2026 harvest be available?

We expect the new harvest to reach Singapore in November. Harvest follows the olives, not a fixed date, so timing can shift slightly. Join the harvest list and we’ll let you know as soon as pre-orders open.

Why do you harvest the olives early?

We pick while the olives are still green and beginning to ripen. They yield less oil at this stage, but produce the fresher, greener character we look for, with the bitterness, peppery finish and higher polyphenol levels often associated with early-harvest oil.

Do you deliver outside Singapore?

Yes. The harvest will be dispatched from Singapore, with international shipping available to selected destinations. Join the list and select your country so we can keep you updated.
