Our extra virgin olive oil is harvested by hand and cold-pressed using a traditional granite wheel, a method that has been passed down through generations to protect the oil's freshness, character and aroma. We work with Souri and Baladi, two native Lebanese olive varieties prized for their balanced profile, vibrant green notes and a gentle peppery finish.
