Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and include photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
Wrong item received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll arrange a replacement or a suitable resolution.

Because our products are food and personal-care items, we're unable to accept returns of opened goods for hygiene reasons, except where there is a fault.
