Where does your olive oil come from?

Our extra virgin olive oil comes from our family farm in South Lebanon, where olives have been cultivated for generations.

What makes your olive oil different?

Our olives are harvested by hand, cold-pressed within hours, and bottled in small batches. We focus on freshness, provenance, and transparency from grove to bottle.

What olive varieties do you grow?

Our olive oil is produced from a blend of traditional regional varieties including Nabali, Baladi, and Soury olives.

What does early harvest mean?

Early harvest olives are picked while still green. This typically produces less oil but results in a fresher flavour profile and naturally higher polyphenol levels.

Why does your olive oil have a peppery finish?

That peppery sensation is a natural characteristic of fresh extra virgin olive oil and is often associated with higher levels of beneficial polyphenols.

How should I store olive oil?

Store olive oil in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Always keep the bottle tightly sealed after use.

How long does olive oil stay fresh?

For the best flavour and aroma, we recommend enjoying olive oil within 18 months of harvest and consuming it within a few months of opening.
