We source spices and pantry staples from trusted producers who continue traditional methods of cultivation and preparation.
How do I use za’atar?
Za’atar is traditionally mixed with olive oil and enjoyed with bread. It can also be used on eggs, labneh, vegetables, salads, and grilled meats.
How do I use sumac?
Sumac is a bright, citrusy spice commonly sprinkled over salads, grilled meats, roasted vegetables, onions, dips, and even desserts.
