The evening that marked the beginning of Beît Ballout's journey in Singapore.

Grove to Table was more than a launch—it was the first opportunity to share the story behind our family's olive grove in South Lebanon and the values that continue to shape everything we do. Friends, partners, and members of the community gathered around the table to experience our single-estate extra virgin olive oil, authentic Levantine flavours, and the spirit of hospitality that has been at the heart of Beît Ballout for generations.

Guests were introduced to the journey of our olives—from grove to bottle to table—through guided tastings, thoughtfully prepared dishes, and conversations about heritage, regenerative farming, and the importance of preserving traditions through food.

This memorable evening laid the foundation for what Beît Ballout has become: a place where exceptional olive oil, meaningful stories, and genuine human connection come together around a shared table.
